4th Anniversary

Our 4th anniversary was a quiet and pleasant event spent with our girls. Richard sadly was sick and so we are delaying our official night out together. Richard made me a beautiful card and I gave him some pretty flowers. I feel so blessed to be with such a loving, caring and creative man. He is the best thing that ever happened to me and the greatest gift in my life. I love him!
Here's to forever!

Party Time Again

Lately our house has been one sickness after another. For reason we had to reschedule Adelaide's birthday party. So the Saturday following we had a small little gathering of friends and family. Adelaide is very expressive in her face and compliments to her party guest. Number one saying for the day..."Oh, thank you so much!"

Richard is a good sport. He always takes so many wonderful pictures and is often missing from them. My goal is to do better and get him in more.

Adelaide's Room

Adelaide's room is probably the most decorated room in our home. We have painted, made curtains, and hung some personal artwork from just about everyone in the family. I love her room, I'm pretty sure it's my favorite in the house.

Gwen's room is coming along and hopefully we can show it off soon.

Adelaide's 3rd Birthday!

Happy Birthday Adelaide! Our little girl is Three! Adelaide is a wonderful kid. She has a mind of her own and a vocabulary to go with it. She loves Diego, Dora and too many other TV characters. Adelaide loves to be outside, walking to the park, looking at flowers, picking up sticks, bubbles, running in her sparkly shoes and swinging. Nursery is her favorite part of church. In the past two weeks she has potty trained herself basically. It's true that the best way to potty train is to let them do it! After dinner we decorated Easter shaped sugar cookies.

Gwen was not happy that I was not sharing my bunny.

But once I did she was good again. She is so funny.

Easter 2012

Easter has come and gone. I'm grateful once again my Savior and the gift He has given all of us to live again. We had a busy Easter this year. Adelaide's birthday fell on Easter this year. So with Grandma and Bompa Williams help we went to Thanksgiving Point's Easter Eggtreme. To be honest it was a bit of a let down. For $34 dollars she got to jump in a crowded blow up castle, hunt for 10 eggs all of which had lame stickers in them (not even Easter related), play a few toss games and ride in a cow train. We were going to do face painting and waited in line forever only to find out it cost money. $3 dollars for a mustache! Oh well I think she had fun. Richard has a fabulous idea for next year. We will simply create our own Easter Eggtreme. Here are a few shots from our day. We were very excited to have Kaylie join us.

On Easter the girls were excited to find new dresses and baskets. However, we did not get a good picture of them in their pretty dresses. I will work on getting one taken. Gwen thought the idea of plastic eggs and Easter grass was genius! Adelaide loved, LOVED, loved her new dress and would not stop dancing. I think it's time to consider an actual dance class.

We hope you all had a wonder Easter. Check back soon for pictures of Adelaide's Birthday!
