Engagement Pictures

Richard and I had our engagement photos taken this weekend. Our amazing friend Gavin P. Cox was our photographer and as usual the pictures turned out amazing. We are so grateful to you Gavin, thank you! Here is a sneak peek!

Plans continue to go well. We are in the process of finding an apartment. Finalizing our Honeymoon. And a million other things that come up when planning a wedding and reception!

Going to Bridal shows pays off!

Exciting news! The wedding show that Richard and I went to back in January really paid off. I was notified by email that I was the Grand Prize Winner of a trip for two to Cancun! I was blown away, honestly this sort of thing has never happened to me. When I emailed Richard about it he didn't quite believe it either asking "Is it real?". Well my friends it is real and we now have our Honeymoon planned out. My name was also drawn for a free strand of pearls! Funny uhn? Anyway, I promise to update more about the wedding later. We are in the process of finding a place to hold the reception. We have nailed down the colors though and bought some very beautiful flowers (yes we went fake, but they look great!). Also I must throw out a big Thank You to our dear friends Chloe and Sarah. They threw a beautiful and fun Engagement Party for us. Amazing food (including but not limited to a fantastic selection of cheeses), lots of laughs (mainly in the form of advice from our good friends) and Rock Band (I stink at the drums). So Thank you, Thank you to Chloe, Sarah and all our wonderful friends that came to party with us.
