Uncle Sean and our F.H.E. Halloween Houses

During conference weekend Richard's brother Sean came to Utah and we had a little visit.

We hope he had a fun time. 

Last night for F.H.E. Richard found some fun houses to make out of cereal boxes. We both loved them and  decided to make some of our own. Instead of cereal though we went for glitter paper. They turned out really cute and you can put a light in them to make them glow.

Be on the look out because come Christmas we may have a whole village!

Lunch with Friends

Last week we shared lunch with some friends who were visiting from afar. Adelaide was excited to see a certain little boy again and we all enjoyed a yummy BBQ chicken pizza and strawberry sweet rolls. Here are a few shots from that day.

Picture Catch Up

The other day during lunch Adelaide was running around as usual. When Richard was getting ready to head back to work we realized that it was very quite. Looking down the hall this is what we found. I guess she found a good napping spot she couldn't resist.

 These next two pictures remind me of going on your first roller coaster.

This summer Richard and Adelaide have taken lots of pictures together. I love looking at their faces.

Bre's Birthday!

For my 27th birthday Richard, Adelaide and I had a small party with our friends Justin and Nichole.

These two are great cooks and always make the yummiest food. Here are the two gourmet pizza's they made. We also had roasted peppers with some good melted cheese.

Richard gave me some great gifts. A book, chocolate and my favorite a new purse!

It was a great birthday. I'm so happy that I have a wonderful husband and friends that make life fun.

Bun in the Oven

That's right baby Murdock number two is on the way. It's been a completely different experience then my first pregnancy. First of all I'm sick and not a fan of the all day morning sickness. Second I'm super tired. Third when I first calculated everything I figured I was about 14 weeks along, but then found out yesterday at my first appointment that I'm only 10 weeks. Do you know how hard it is to lose a month when your pregnant? It was a low blow, but gives me hope that in a few weeks I will be over the whole sick thing. So here is the first shot of our little bean.

If your unsure where to look it's the grayish part with the little white dots going through it. The head is on the right and the little feet are on the left. We are due March 7th.

Adelaide had a wonderful time leading the way as we walked around the gorgeous gardens at Thanksgiving Point.

My Mother

Many of you know that my mother passed away suddenly last week. Through much prayer I have found comfort to know that my mother's sprit lives on and that because of the atonement of Jesus Christ we will one day be reunited. Thanks to everyone who has reached out to me and my family during this time, it has been a great help and blessing.

Linda was born in Rock Island, Illinois and was the second of 14 children. She studied education to be an elementary school teacher. On June 3, 1969 she married Robert Wayne Murdock in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a wonderful mother of nine children and a grandmother of 18. She loved to play the game Yahtzee and laughing with her family. Linda was always very active and involved in church service throughout her life and shared many of her talents with others; recently serving as a Service Missionary in Cle Elum, WA. She kept her craft room well stocked and her dinner rolls were always delicious.

I could not have asked for a better mother.
